These terms apply to all visitors, customers and trade users who access the Sublimation Ink website, submit an enquiry, request a quotation, or place an order through the site. The website is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd on behalf of Sublimation Ink. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the site.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, stock handling or courier arrangements. The version published on the website at the time of your use will apply. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
Website Use and Acceptable Conduct
You may use the website for lawful business and product enquiry purposes only. You must not use the site in a way that disrupts our systems, interferes with other users, or places false orders or misleading requests.

- Do not submit incorrect company details, delivery addresses or product specifications.

Product Information, Compatibility and Stock
We work to keep product descriptions, compatibility notes and stock information accurate, but errors can occur. Inks may be listed for desktop or wide-format printers, and suitability can depend on printer model, printhead condition, ink set-up and the intended application. You remain responsible for confirming compatibility before use, especially where your equipment is sensitive to ink type or has existing warranties.
Any guidance we provide on colour output, refill support, line cleaning or stock planning is practical assistance only. It does not replace the manual, instructions or maintenance requirements for your printer or production process. We may recommend a different product or batch if we believe it is more suitable for your job, but final selection remains yours.

- Batch-to-batch variation may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.
- Results can be affected by paper, heat press settings, artwork preparation and humidity, especially in coastal areas.
Orders, Payment and Courier Delivery
Orders are accepted subject to stock availability, payment confirmation and dispatch capacity. A quotation or order acknowledgement does not always mean final acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order if there is a pricing mistake, stock shortage, suspected fraud or an incomplete delivery address.
Courier delivery is generally arranged nationwide from our Johannesburg base in Kya Sand, with next-day service where available and subject to destination, courier cut-off times and operational conditions. Rural routes, remote addresses and periods of high courier demand may take longer. Risk in the goods passes when the parcel is handed to the courier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Additional charges may apply for bulk orders, special handling or address changes after dispatch.
- You must inspect parcels promptly on arrival and report any visible damage or shortages without delay.
Intellectual Property and Site Content
All website text, layout, product descriptions, technical notes, images and downloadable material remain the property of Sublimation Ink, Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd, or their licensors unless otherwise stated. You may view and print content for your internal business use, but you may not reproduce, distribute or adapt it for commercial use without permission.
Any trademarks, logos or third-party references that may appear on the site remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, agency or partnership unless we state this clearly in writing. If you submit artwork, specifications or supporting documents to us, you warrant that you have the right to share them for quotation, supply or support purposes.

To the extent allowed by South African law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, production delays, machine downtime or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or reliance on site information. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow exclusion, including certain consumer rights that may apply.
If you have a complaint about the website, an order, a delivery issue or product guidance, please submit it through the enquiry form on our contact page with full details and supporting information. We will review matters in line with our normal trade support process. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute will be dealt with in the South African courts with appropriate jurisdiction.

- Claims about defective or incorrect goods must be made as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.
